No, it does not include the spouse's application. The fee schedule will give you a good idea of what the fees are for each category.

I�m in EB2 and My I-140 was approved on March 2009 through Employer A. After which I moved to India and now am back (Nov 2010) with Employer B. My old Employer A has my apporved I-140.
It would be great if I get answer the below my Question:
1. Can I apply for I-485 with my new employer B based on my approved 140?? OR
2. Do I need to go back to my old employer A to apply my I-485. If yes is there any specific time period to go back to my old employer A.

1. Since you are asking the question for applying for I-485 with employer B, I presume that you have not filed for I-485 with employer A. If this is the case then you will have to apply for new labor. Once you have new labor approved, then you will have to apply for I-140. You will be able to maintain the same priority date from the old approved I-140 (please make sure you have a photocopy of approved I-140 from employer A).
Now, if in case you had already filed for I-485 with employer A and the case has been pending for more than 180 days, then you can switch jobs using AC21.
2. I do not personally feel that there is any need to go back to the old employer to file for your I-485.

Hi,
I applied on July2nd, I got the receipts on september7th and FP for oct23rd but no EAD yet! I have seen most of them get EAD but no FP, Does it matter which comes first should I wait sometime after FP for EAD?

Hi All,
I need to travel urgently to India due to some family issue and my EAD is expiring in Aug 2010. I need to apply for my renewal before I fly out this Sunday since I will have to be in India for 30 days. Can I e file my application from here and send the supporting documentation by Saturday? If so, I want to make sure that if for some reason, I get a biometrics appt., while in India, how can I postpone it? and also there won't be any issues with my EAD renewal app since I will be India and My I 94 will change once I am back.

Lets see but i dont think senators are dumb in these too , it took them that much time to CIR and its not that easy to pass something in the same class overnight yes we need to vigilent and if needed we can start our campaign rightly said , we need to keep friends close and enemies closer. I am on a L1 visa which has expired April 2006. I have got my petition extended till 2008. Can I transfer my L1 from Employer A to another Employer B. Can employer B transfer my current L1 petition to his company?

The President has started revealing his plans on immigration for the next year. It sounds like he's planning on trying a do-over with Congress and attempting again to get a comprehensive immigration bill passed. He'll make the case for this in his State of the Union Address. I'm happy the President is still interested in working for change, I sincerely hope he is not making passing a reform bill his SOLE strategy. I'm reminded of Presidents in the past who regularly spoke in favor of something, but you just knew they didn't really care and were just trying to appease...

I came in US with my family when I was 15-16, back then we were on L2, then as time passed by we switched to H4. Then I turned 21 so I had to go on Student Visa (F1). Still living in US legally.
Now my question is I've been staying in US over 10 years now, legally. I dont know if its rumor or not, but someone told me, that you can apply for Green Card if you lived in US over 10 years legally, is that true?
Going through all that H1B process sounds really hectic. Also all my family members, friends and relatives are here, I don't know anyone back in my birthplace. any suggestions or tips, would help a bit.

I am getting full time opportunity, my new employer is ready to transfer H1 as well as they are willing to accept me using EAD. so its entirely my preference.
can you please tell me adv/dis adv of using H1 over EAD or vice versa. (my 6 yrs of H1 will finish in another 6-7 months)
